The research and teaching position involves teaching at the university level, including lectures, tutorials, and laboratories, as well as preparing teaching materials and assessing student achievement. Responsibilities also include conducting scientific research, publishing results, and actively participating in the work of the unit.

Skills/Qualifications
- a doctoral degree (PhD) in the discipline of Management and Quality Sciences,
- authored or co-authored scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals, peer-reviewed international conference proceedings, scientific monographs, or book chapters recognized in the scientific evaluation system, in the discipline of Management and Quality Sciences,
- active participation in conferences and symposia,
- demonstrated experience in conducting mixed-methods research, including the design and implementation of sequential exploratory studies that combine qualitative and quantitative approaches,
- documented experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research,
- documented experience in conducting scientific research on multicultural management
- documentation of academic and organizational achievements as well as experience in teaching at a higher education institution including conducting lectures and seminars in an area aligned with the Department’s research profile,
- for foreign nationals – communicative proficiency in Polish,
- documented knowledge of the English language at least at B2 level, as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages of the Council of Europe.

The recruitment procedure is divided into two stages:
- formal assessment – assessment of the completeness of the application documents and compliance with the requirements specified in the Act, the AGH University Statute, and the competition announcement,
- substantive assessment – an objective and merit-based assessment of applications submitted by candidates who have successfully passed the previous stage; interviews with candidates may be conducted at this stage (either in person or remotely).
The candidate has the right to appeal against the competition results within 5 working days after receiving the notification.
