The successful candidate will be a member of the Texas Center for Cosmology & Astroparticle Physics (TCCAP) within the
Weinberg Institute for Theoretical Physics, joining a vibrant research community with opportunities for collaboration within the Weinberg Institute (the Center for Gravitational Physics, the High Energy Physics Theory Group), the Department of Astronomy, and the Oden Institute for Computational Engineering and Sciences. UT Austin also hosts the Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC), home to some of the world's most powerful supercomputing resources. Qualifications Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Physics or a closely related field by the start date of the appointment. Application Instructions Applications must be submitted through Interfolio and should include: 1) a cover letter, 2) a complete Curriculum Vitae, 3) a research statement (up to 3 pages) describing past accomplishments and future plans, and how these fit into the broader picture of cosmology research, 4) a teaching statement (up to 2 pages) including experience and philosophy, and 5) a list of publications. In addition, applicants must arrange for three letters of recommendation to be uploaded to Interfolio.
