ideally, expertise in transcriptional, protein and chromatin analyses including specialist knowledge in -omics techniques (e.g. RNA-seq) and bioinformatic analyses of large scale -omics datasets. We are interested in candidates who have experience with plant model organisms used in genetics research (e.g. Arabidopsis ), as well as model Irish crops. We are particularly interested in candidates whose research focuses on how plants sense and respond to abiotic stress at the molecular level, plant epigenetic responses and the molecular basis of plant resilience to climate change.
Post Status Tenure Track – This position is Tenure Track positions which is 5-years in the first instance, permanency is subject to satisfying the tenure requirements.
