Minimum and Desired QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- Master's degree in medical laboratory science or a related field.
- Current ASCP (or equivalent) certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist.
- Some college-level teaching experience or potential to teach medical laboratory science courses.
- A minimum of Three (3) years working as a Medical Laboratory Scientist in a clinical laboratory.
Desired Qualifications: - Doctorate in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Health Sciences, or a closely related discipline (preferred).
- Knowledge of educational methods, curriculum design, and NAACLS accreditation standards and processes.
- Evidence of scholarly activity and professional service.
- Demonstrated interest in program development in laboratory science education.

Physical Requirements: Able to lift to 25 lbs. and to perform a variety of physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, stair climbing, and walking between buildings.
