Develop and update curriculum materials to reflect current industry standards and practices. Mentor and advise students on academic progress, career development, and capstone projects. Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the program. Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publications, and presentations at professional conferences. Collaborate with colleagues to foster a dynamic and inclusive learning environment and other duties as assigned. Qualifications : Degree in journalism or closely related field (M.A. required, Ph.D. preferred). Demonstrated professional experience in broadcast journalism. Comprehensive knowledge of the discipline of broadcast journalism. Commitment to integrating Christian faith and practice with academic excellence. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
