JOB TITLE: Assistant Professor, Clinical
POSITION KEY High volume imaging service, read and interpret cardiothoracic radiographs,
ACCOUNTABILITIES: thoracic CT and cardiovascular CT and MRI exams. Interaction with referring physicians, teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellow, contributing to educational activities such as lectures and case conferences, and engaging in clinical research, quality improvement, and scholarly publications. Faculty are also expected to participate in departmental meetings, committees, and strategic initiatives, collaborate on practice development and operational planning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• MD degree or Foreign Equivalent
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Radiology
• Texas Medical License or eligible to be licensed
• ACGME accredited Radiology residency or 48 months of international equivalent
• 12 months of fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Imaging
