Assistant Professor of Economics
The University of California, Merced, Department of Economics and Business Management invites applications for three full-time tenure-track faculty appointments at the Assistant Professor level, beginning July 1, 2026.
Preferred candidates will have expertise in applied work in any subfield. A Ph.D. degree in Economics is expected at the time of appointment.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the US. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
As a condition of employment, the finalist will be required to disclose if they are subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct.
