• At least 2 years of social work practice experience;
• Prior teaching experience in higher education with the ability to teach across the curriculum;
• Online teaching experience;
• LMSW or LCSW (or LCSW eligible if not currently licensed in Arkansas).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Teach BSW and/or MSW as assigned;
• Provide service to the School;
• Maintain contemporary course content aligned with accreditation standards;
• Engage in scholarship sufficient to meet requirements of promotion, tenure, or other advancements, as appropriate for rank;
• Engage in service at the university, community, and professional levels sufficient to meet requirements for promotion, tenure, or other advancement, as appropriate for rank;
• Respond to inquiries regarding the designated program(s);
• Monitor student progress through the program(s) and adjust degree plans as necessary;
• Perform other duties as assigned.
