Description
Yale School of Medicine, Section of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine, is seeking a talented clinician/educator/physician scientist to join the Yale Pulmonary Vascular Diseases Program. This position will begin at the rank of Assistant Professor based on experience. This ladder-track faculty position requires participation in research, educational and clinical activities as well as the ability to provide attending coverage of the medical intensive care unit, consultative inpatient services, and ambulatory clinics. Candidates must have outstanding skills in the clinical arena and will have the opportunity to take an active role teaching and mentoring trainees. Significant contributions to the clinical, educational, and research missions of the division are expected. Minimum requirements include board eligibility/certification in pulmonary and critical care medicine, fellowship training in pulmonary vascular diseases, clinical experience in critical care and pulmonary disease, and publication track record.
Qualifications
- M.D. or equivalent, with board certification in Internal Medicine.
- Board eligibility/certification in Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care Medicine.
- Fellowship training in pulmonary vascular diseases.
