The following position will be filled at the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Social Sciences. The preferred starting date is January 4, 2027:
Assistant Professor (postdoc), non-tenure track (all genders welcome)
Level of employment: 100% (40 hours/ week)
Minimum Salary: €70,200.20 per annum (gross), Classification according to collective agreement: B1 lit. b
Fixed-term: 6 years

Skills/Qualifications
Your responsibilities:
- Independent scientific research
- Teaching introductory and specialized courses in the Bachelor’s and Master’s programs in Psychology
- Supervising Bachelor’s and Master’s theses, as well as conducting examinations
- Assisting with administrative and organizational tasks at the institute
- Assisting with the acquisition and implementation of externally funded projects
Your profile:
- A completed doctoral degree in the area of psychological science from a domestic or international university
- A research background in health psychology or a related discipline (e.g., clinical psychology, public health, global mental health, etc.)
- Research experience with international visibility—particularly through publications in peer-reviewed journals
- Very good command of English
- Teamwork and communication skills
Specific Requirements
Desirable qualifications:
- Research interest in the field of family psychology and/or behavioral interventions
- Very good knowledge of quantitative research methods
- Experience in securing and conducting externally funded projects
- Relevant university teaching experience
