Eligibility:

For English

• M.A/M.Phil/Ph.D with NET / SLET
• At least 55% of marks (or) an equivalent CGPA at the Master’s degree level in the relevant subject.
• Besides fulfilling the above qualification, candidates should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) or SLET/SET or accredited test for PG and UG level teaching for Lecturers conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar tests accredited by the UGC.

For MBA

• M.Com.,/MBA /Ph.D./NET/SLET
• Bachelor Degree in any discipline and Masters degree in Business Administration / PGDM/C.A./ICWA/M.Com., with First Class or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience professional experience after acquiring the Master’s degree.

Desirable Skills:

• Should have got research funding from government agencies.
• Proven experience in conducting international conferences/ FDP/ Workshops.
• Proven experience to lead a team of teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Proven experience in NAAC, NBA.
• Should have sound knowledge in their respective field and be ready to give a 15-minute presentation on any topic, if selected for the interview.
• Willing to work in a team environment

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures in core electrical engineering subjects with clarity and practical relevance
• Assist students in laboratory sessions, projects, and technical activities
• Contribute to academic planning, course development, and outcome-based education practices
• Participate in institutional initiatives such as accreditation, workshops, and FDPs
• Support research activities and encourage student innovation
• Collaborate with faculty members for departmental growth and quality improvement
