Requirements for Candidates:
- A person holding at least a doctoral degree in the field of medical sciences and health sciences.
- A record of at least 30 scientific articles, including at least 5 articles in which the candidate is the first author, with a combined impact factor (IF) of at least 25.
- Documented scientific and teaching activity, including authorship or co-authorship of the publications referred to in point 2.
- Experience in scientific research, including the implementation of multicenter projects.
- Experience in project implementation and international collaboration.
- Experience in carrying out grant-funded projects; experience serving as key personnel is preferred.
- Familiarity with bibliographic and clinical databases (e.g., Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov).
- At least 15 years of clinical experience in audiology, teleaudiology, and hearing screening.
- Experience presenting research findings at scientific conferences.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at least at an intermediate level.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conducting scientific research in the fields of medical and health sciences, with a particular focus on audiology, including central auditory processing, teleaudiology, and hearing screening.
- Developing and implementing modern tools for the diagnosis and treatment of central auditory processing; designing hearing screening models using teleaudiology.
- Preparing and carrying out research projects, including national and international grants, and drafting reports and scientific publications.
- Publishing research findings in peer-reviewed international scientific journals.
- Participating in national and international scientific conferences, presenting research findings, and promoting the Institute’s scientific achievements.
- Collaborating with domestic and international research centers on research projects, educational programs, and expert initiatives.
- Actively participating in the Institute’s organizational activities, including the work of scientific committees, expert teams, and conference committees.
- Contributing to the development and updating of diagnostic and therapeutic standards in the areas of hearing screening, teleaudiology, and central auditory processing, in accordance with the Institute’s mission.
