The appointee will be required to provide clerical and administrative support to the Doctor of Smart Manufacturing (DSM) programme of Wu Jieh Yee School of Interdisciplinary Studies (WJYSIS).
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for the DSM programme, including timetabling, teaching support, student support, examinations, committee work and meetings, etc.
- Prepare reports and data for programme reporting and various purposes
- Provide logistic support to lectures, seminars, and other teaching activities
- Handle student enquiries and provide close student support
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Programme Director and supervisors
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years relevant work experience
- An excellent command of written and verbal English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- A high level of competence in computer literacy
- Self-initiated, well-organized and a good team player
- Attentiveness to details and the ability to multi-task
- The ability to work independently and strong sense of responsibility
Candidates with less/more experience will also be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.
