Faculty of Electronics at the Military University of Technology in Warsaw announces a competition for assistant (lecturer) position. The candidates should have knowledge of electronics, telecommunications, and IT technologies. Experience in data processing for radioelectronic devices is particularly desirable. Skills/Qualifications
- Meeting the requirements determined in art. 113 of the Act on Higher Education dated 20 July, 2018r.
- Degree: M.Sc. in one of the following disciplines: Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer science, Mechatronics, Automation or similar
- knowledge in electronics and information technology (IT),
- Knowledge of the data processing in the radioelectronic devices,
- readiness to leading exercises and laboratories in subjects connected with programming and data processing in radioelectronics systems,
- Ability to create applications in programming environments: Matlab and C++,
- Ability of analytical thinking, teamwork, flexibility,
- Readiness to actively participate in research work related to radioelectronic systems,
- Documented knowledge of English language at least at B2 level,
- Ability to write articles in Polish and English,
- Ability to conduct classes in Polish,
- Experience in teaching at a higher education institution.
Specific Requirements
Experience in programming Matlab, C++; knowledge of machine learning.

Selection process
Competition application should include
- a letter of application to the Rector of the Military University of Technology,
- CV,
- copies of diplomas and other documents confirming / proving the candidate's qualifications,
- a declaration of consent to process personal data included in the job application in accordance with the Data Protection Act,
- a statement that the candidate/applicant has full capacity to act according to the law in force,
- a declaration of no charges within a final judgment of a deliberate crime,
- a declaration of no charges within the disciplinary procedure of the deprivation of rights to practice the profession of academic teacher on a permanent or fixed-term basis/contract,
- a declaration on the full use of civil rights,
- a declaration stating whether MUT is the core or non-core workplace for the applicant,
- all documents should be written in Polish and signed by the candidate.

The competition will be adjudicated two weeks after the competition deadline.
This recruitment process is the first stage of the recruitment procedure defined in the Military University of Technology statutes concerning employment of university lecturers. The positive evaluation of the candidate resulting from this process is the bases for further recruitment procedures. The final decision on employment of the candidate is taken by Rector of the Military University of Technology.
The University can also terminate the recruitment process before final decision without an announcement of the termination reasons.
An accommodation is not guaranteed by the University.
One month after the recruitment process deadline, all applications which do not meet formal requirements and are submitted after the deadline will be destroyed.
