Assistant Research Scientist Part Time Non-exempt (Heeger Lab)

Summer undergraduate Assistant Research Scientist Part Time Non-exempt in computational and theoretical neuroscience, specifically neural circuit theory.

This position is based in New York and the selected candidate will be expected to work onsite as of their effective start date.

In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $20-25/hr for 27 hours per week and up to 27 hours per week. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the specific grant funding and the terms of the research grant when extending an offer.

Training and coursework in statistics, neuroscience, and dynamical systems. Prior research experience in computational and theoretical neuroscience.
