Job Summary
Reporting to the head coach, this position's primary responsibility is to aid the head coach in day to day operations of the rowing program.
Essential Job Functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
- Provide instruction for practice and regattas
- Assist in creation of training plans
- Assist in execution of race strategies
- Prepare and Analyze performance breakdown post competition
- Identify highly qualified prospective student athletes
- Assist in retention efforts
- Basic understanding of boat maintenance and care
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Coaching Experience (1-2 years preferred)
- Rowing experience

Work Environment & Conditions/Physical Demands
- 9 Month Position
- 20 hours/week
- May be required to lift up to 50 pounds
- Position requires work on weekends and/or nights
- Travel with the team during season is expected
Salary Range: $11,000 - $12,000
