The Role: Digital Experience Manager
As Digital Experience Manager at NUS Enterprise, you'll shape how the world experiences our brand online, connecting entrepreneurs, innovators, researchers, corporate and government partners, and investors to the opportunities that matter. From steering our enterprise website to driving digital content strategy, you'll ensure every touchpoint informs, inspires, and delivers impact.
This is a hands-on role for a digital expert who thrives at the intersection of digital operations, brand stewardship, and content excellence. You'll oversee the full lifecycle of our digital platforms, from mapping content architecture and managing upgrades to leading SEO/SEM initiatives and driving vendor performance. Your work will redefine how audiences engage with our entrepreneurial education, innovation programmes, research, and start-up ecosystem community via NUS Enterprise’s digital platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Lead with excellence – Working with internal stakeholders and external vendors for web development, audits, and digital projects, championing collaboration, innovation, and policy compliance.
- Champion best practices and transformations – Lead website rebuild from planning, designing, execution, and migration to launch, keeping projects on track, ensure compliance and strategic alignment across all digital procurement and vendor activities.
- Shape our digital presence – Drive the strategic direction and daily management of our enterprise website, ensuring every page is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our mission.
- Amplify discoverability – Design and optimise SEO/SEM strategies that elevate traffic, deepen engagement, and convert curiosity into action.
- Sharpen the experience – Conduct regular platform audits to uncover opportunities that enhance content, elevate user experience, and strengthen technical performance.
- Create with purpose – Develop compelling digital content, from article to multimedia assets, that strengthens our storytelling and brand impact, while leading the positioning and messaging of the ETP website and strategically consolidating relevant sites into the main enterprise platform.
- Be the digital expert – Serve as the go-to resource for CMS, analytics, and digital experience strategy, driving informed decisions and operational excellence.
- Own your craft – Drive projects from concept to execution, managing timelines with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital/web management, content strategies, content copywriting and production, SEO & SEM, analytics, and reporting for dynamic organisations.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to guide timely and effective project execution.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitefinity, or similar), plus hands-on SEO/SEM tools, digital analytics, UI/UX design methodology, and web accessibility.
- Proven track record of leading website revamp projects and managing complex content migrations. Strong knowledge of digital procurement, policy development, vendor management, and compliance.
