"Assistant Women's Soccer Coach"

Position Summary

Central Michigan University is accepting applications for two assistant womens soccer coach positions. The assistant coaches will assist with all aspects of a NCAA Division I Womens program, including aiding with recruiting, coordinating day-to-day operations, conducting practice sessions, coordinating travel arrangements, handling appropriate compliance paperwork, camp/clinic/tournament implementation, community outreach, and other duties as assigned by the head coach.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience that equates to four years.
• Collegiate or high-level club womens soccer coaching experience.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations and a record of compliance with such.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree.
• National level soccer coaching license/certification.
• An established applicable recruiting network.
• Experience with clinic/camp implementation.
• Experience coaching goalkeepers.
• Experience planning travel for a team.
• Experience working in Teamworks.
• Experience ordering equipment.
