Position Summary:

The assistant coach will assist with all aspects of an NCAA Division I women’s volleyball program, including practice planning and execution, on and off-campus recruiting, team travel planning, non-conference scheduling, clinic/tournament organization and management, public relations, and other duties as assigned by the head coach.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Playing and coaching experience.
• Experience training and teaching the setting position.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations and a record of compliance with such.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree.
• Opponent scouting experience.
• Playing and coaching experience at the Division I level.
• Solid grasp of technology including, how to use and integrate technology.
• Experience organizing and running camps/clinics.
