Requirements
Skills/Qualifications
- Master’s degree in economics
- Currently enrolled in a doctoral program in economics and finance, or holds a Ph.D.
- Experience in conducting scientific research or implementing research and implementation projects.
- Fluency in spoken and written Polish.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Specific Requirements
- Research achievements documented by publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals and/or monographs in the field of economics and related sciences,
- Certificate/attestation of completion of a teaching course. (If not held at the time of employment, the candidate will be required to obtain the necessary qualifications)
- Ability to independently plan and organize research and teaching activities.
- Practical experience in the financial sector that enables the instructor to conduct classes based on real-world market practices.
- Ability to work in a team and to develop national and international cooperation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and tools used in research and teaching.
