2. Candidates applying for the competition are required to submit the following documents:

• an application for employment addressed to the Rector of The Mazovian University in Płock;
• a curriculum vitae (CV);
• a personal questionnaire for candidates applying for employment;
• a copy, certified by the candidate as true to the original, of the document confirming the award of a Master’s degree;
• copies, certified by the candidate as true to the originals, of any other diplomas (if applicable);
• a declaration stating that The Mazovian University in Płock will be the candidate’s primary place of employment;
• copies of documents confirming professional experience and employment history;
• a declaration confirming compliance with the requirements specified in Article 113 of the Law on Higher Education and Science;
• consent to the processing of personal data;
• an information clause;
• any other documents supporting the candidate’s application.

All documents must be signed by the candidate.

The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked:

“Competition for the position of Assistant at the Faculty of Humanities, Social Sciences and Computer Science of The Mazovian University in Płock (Psychology)”

Documents may be submitted from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Candidates whose applications are not accepted by the Competition Committee will not be informed of the outcome of the procedure.

The University reserves the right to cancel the competition without giving a reason.

Winning the competition does not guarantee employment.

In the case of applications submitted by post, the date of receipt by the University, rather than the date of the postal stamp, shall be decisive.
