Successful candidates will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Accounting. Instruction should be characterized by learning-focused pedagogy, technology integration, and an ability to engage industry in the classroom. The applicant must assume student advisory responsibilities, serve on university committees, and attend chapel services. Spirit-Empowered Christian commitment and compatibility with an honor code of conduct are essential.
Doctorate in Accounting preferred with consideration given to exceptional applicants with a CPA and MBA or Masters in Accountancy; Full-time teaching experience (minimum of 3 years recommended); industry experience (minimum of 3 years recommended); Participation in research to stay current in field is expected.
