Collaborating externally as part of professional engagement and community partnerships to benefit our vibrant campus in teaching and learning. Departmental responsibilities include student advising, on-going curriculum development, and participation in college-wide faculty development meetings and experiences. Engage in scholarly practices that develop teaching practice. Engage with current and prospective students through activities such as connection with student groups, attendance at college-sponsored events, or recruitment events. Successful candidates should highlight any specific experience and expertise related to supporting a diverse and inclusive educational community. Willingness to contribute to the College’s strategic plan of inclusion is essential. Qualifications and Education Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), Doctor of Management, Doctor of Professional Studies or Ph.D. equivalent, Master's Degree in one of: Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship or Innovation or MBA with an aligned specialization. Three to five years of relevant industry experience. Prior teaching experience is preferred.
