Develop and maintain relationships with military and civilian
partners, including Educational Services Officers (ESOs), Training
Managers, and community stakeholders.
Support campus recruitment, retention, marketing, and public
relations efforts through local outreach events, unit briefings,
mobile office hours, and community engagement activities.
Provide academic advising and student support services,
including degree planning, unofficial evaluations, graduation
assistance, and monitoring student progress toward
completion.
Maintain regular communication with prospective students,
applicants, new students, and continuing students through in-person
meetings, email, phone, social media, and campus events.
Support student retention initiatives and assist in meeting
enrollment goals and student lifecycle targets.
Coordinate classroom and instructional support activities,
including EagleVision scheduling, faculty support, course delivery
needs, and ensuring facilities are prepared for instruction.
Complete registration, end-of-term processes, documentation,
and required administrative reporting accurately and timely.
Monitor student account processes, including reconciliation and
follow-up of accounts receivable in accordance with university
procedures.
Safeguard University assets, including facilities, equipment,
academic materials, and financial resources; maintain accurate
inventory records and ensure audit readiness.
Assist with campus budget development, manage daily purchasing
activities, monitor expenses, and ensure compliance with financial
procedures.
Prepare and submit reports, correspondence, and administrative
documentation while maintaining high standards of accuracy and
professionalism.
Identify and appropriately refer academic concerns and
operational issues to the appropriate University departments.
Assist with recruitment, training, supervision, and development
of campus employees, including participation in performance
management and employee support activities.

Compensation
The hourly range for this role is
up to $21.10 . The final
offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and
experience, as well as applicable state regulations, internal
equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated
range.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- (3-5) years of work-related experience
- Currently residing in Yokota, Japan
Required Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
- Analytical skills with an in depth knowledge of information
systems and technical expertise with Microsoft operating systems,
Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook/email, and Internet end-user
applications.
- Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in higher education or counseling
- Marketing or advertising experience
- Aviation experience
- Candidates with Individual Logistical Support (ILS)
preferred
