Job Description

The Associate Dean for Experiential and Interprofessional Education provides strategic leadership for experiential and interprofessional education across the College's professional and graduate programs.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities (80%)

Strategic Leadership and Program Oversight
Preceptor Development, Partnerships, and Quality Assurance
Assessment, Accreditation, and Operations

Faculty Responsibilities (20%)

Teaching (10%)
Scholarship (5%)
Service (5%)

Minimum Qualifications

Professional doctoral or master's degree in a licensed health profession from an accredited institution
At least three (3) years of experience in experiential education or clinical education

Preferred Qualifications

Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in Idaho
Experience with ACPE accreditation processes and standards
