Valencia College is seeking a visionary, student-centered leader to join our School of Nursing as the Associate Dean of Nursing Clinical Education. This is more than a leadership role-it's a calling to guide innovative learning, elevate clinical instruction, and transform lives through education.

As the Associate Dean, you will play a critical role in advancing excellence in clinical and simulation-based education for our Associate in Science in Nursing (A.S.N.) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) programs. You'll oversee experiential learning, shape simulation strategies, mentor clinical faculty, and ensure alignment with accreditation standards-empowering both students and instructors to thrive in an evolving healthcare landscape.

Required Qualifications:

• A Master's degree or higher in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution
• Current, active, unencumbered Florida RN or ARNP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• At least 4 years of progressively responsible leadership in higher education or academic administration
• Ability to establish Florida residency within 30 days of hire
• Weekly travel required between campuses and clinical sites

Salary & Classification:

• Career Band: Administrator IV
• Salary Range: $111,762 - $142,496 annually

Location: West and Osceola Campuses + clinical sites throughout Central Florida

Start Date: August 2025
