Āu Mahi | What You Will Do

As an Associate Delivery Lead within Digital Services, you will manage the delivery of small and/or low complexity initiatives or support larger, complex projects. You will ensure effective planning, design, coordination, and monitoring of delivery activities, as well as managing interdependencies, risks, and issues.

With experience coordinating projects or supporting larger delivery efforts, you bring strong planning, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills to every task. Collaboration is your strength—you work well with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery and effective communication. If you're passionate about building your delivery management expertise and supporting impactful digital initiatives, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow and make a difference.

Mōu | Who You Are

You will be an organised and motivated delivery professional with at least 5-6 years' coordination experience in project delivery, including at least 2 years on large, complex initiatives, as well as have:

  • Strong planning, analysis, communication, and organisational skills
  • Financial administration experience with attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Excellent administrative skills and knowledge of the project life cycle, documentation standards, and methodologies
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
  • National Diploma Level 6 (required) or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable)
  • Project or Agile Delivery qualification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM, SaFE) (desirable)
