The Associate Director, Athletic Fields provides strategic leadership and oversight of South Campus grounds operations in support of Division I Athletics and campus landscape services. This role manages daily operations, staff, budgets, and sustainability initiatives to ensure high-quality, compliant, and environmentally responsible grounds maintenance with broad organizational impact.
