Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from high school and one year of experience in the field of technology related to the position's role. Coursework in computer or information technology may be substituted year for year for the required experience.

Essential Job Functions
The Associate Director for CRM Solutions works with the Director and Slate Team on the maintenance, innovation, development and improvement of Technolutions Slate CRM processes and workflows used in all facets of Enrollment Management, specifically undergraduate and graduate admissions (recruitment, operations, communications, and customer service) at Appalachian State University.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Utilize the CRM solution and provide collaborative leadership to achieve enrollment goals and meet strategic goals for the Main and Hickory campus.
