  • Facilitating and overseeing the Safe Space training program and the GSRC Advisory Group.
  • Advocating for students and employees regarding gender and LGBTQ+ issues.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the GSRC webpage while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Coordinating the QT Affinity Group for faculty and staff.
  • Partnering with academic departments to support LGBTQ+-inclusive pedagogy and develop internship opportunities.
  • Assisting in the design and implementation of OEI online training programs, including tracking participation and evaluating feedback.
  • Partnering with the CRJIE and OEI leadership to develop and implement intersectional and inclusive programming.
  • Hosting monthly dialogues and discussions across GSRC and affiliated spaces.
  • Managing a programming budget.
  • Supporting continuous improvement in LGBTQ+ inclusivity through participation in the Campus Pride Index and related initiatives.
  • Contributing to additional OEI initiatives and programs as needed.
  • Working occasional evenings and weekends as required for program delivery and events.

Salary: $64,474 - $66,500 commensurate with experience.
