HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE ROLE:

1. You’ll be joining the Services for Students with Disabilities team; a department centered on access and inclusion by determining reasonable accommodations for students in the living and learning environment.
2. You’ll be reporting to the Director in a Regular twelve-month, 100% administrative professional appointment.
3. You’ll oversee the facilitation of testing accommodations through the interactive process.
4. You'll supervise direct reports responsible for case management and the determination of testing-related accommodations.
5. You'll provide leadership, training, and development to ensure consistent, equitable, and legally compliant decisions.
6. You'll lead the development and ongoing revision of testing center policies and procedures, including those related to accommodated testing.
7. You’ll have the chance to grow and take advantage of a developmental plan with opportunities to advance within the Department and the Division.
