Partner with the University's Marketing and Communications team
to align GSRM branding with institutional standards while
highlighting its distinctive industry reputation.
Create content for digital, print, and social media platforms
that tell GSRM's story and showcases student success, faculty
expertise, and industry connections.
Track and analyze marketing metrics to inform future strategies
and ensure measurable results. Oversee the production of
recruitment materials, event collateral, and digital campaigns
tailored to GSRM's audiences (prospective students, employers,
alumni, and industry partners).
Recruitment & Enrollment Management
Serve as the liaison to Undergraduate and Graduate Admission
for all GSRM-reIated recruitment and enrollment efforts.
Design and execute recruitment strategies to increase
applications, yield, and diversity among undergraduate and graduate
students.
Represent GSRM at recruitment events, information sessions,
professional conferences, and industry networking opportunities.
Cultivate relationships with high schools, universities, and
professional organizations that serve as pipelines for GSRM
programs.
Provide program-specific presentations, webinars, and
one-on-one consultations to prospective students and their
families.
Collaborate with academic advisors, faculty, and alumni to
support admitted student conversion and enrollment goals.
Partnership & Industry Engagement
Strengthen existing corporate and organizational partnerships
and establish new ones that enhance experiential learning,
internships, scholarships, and employment opportunities for
students.
Work closely with the GSRM Board of Overseers, alumni network,
and industry leaders to identify strategic collaborations that
elevate the school's profile and impact.
Coordinate GSRM-sponsored events, such as executive panels,
networking receptions, and industry conferences, to increase
engagement and visibility.
Support employer relations initiatives in collaboration with
the University Career Services team.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
Develop and manage annual goals, budgets, and timelines for
marketing, recruitment, and partnership initiatives.
Provide regular reports on recruitment outcomes, partnership
engagement, and marketing performance to the Executive Director and
senior leadership.
Stay informed on trends in risk management, insurance, and
higher education recruitment to ensure GSRM remains competitive and
innovative.
Competencies, Education, Experience
A Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree in Marketing,
Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is
preferred.
Experience in higher education is preferred; 5-7 years of
relevant experience in admission, enrollment, management, or higher
education marketing.
Progressively responsible experience in marketing, recruitment,
or partnership development, ideally within higher education or the
insurance/risk management industry.
Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and
interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse
audiences.
Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns
and strategic recruitment initiatives.
Experience managing corporate and institutional
partnerships.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, manage multiple
projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Slate preferred), digital
marketing tools, and data analytics platforms.
Flexibility to work evenings, mornings, and weekends. A valid
driver's license.
Required Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience with progressive
leadership responsibilities is required.
Relevant admission and recruitment experience is required.
Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and
interpersonal skills required.
Understanding of discretion related to handling confidential
information is required.
Flexibility to work occasion evening and weekends is
required.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree is preferred.
Relevant experience or knowledge of the insurance industry is
preferred.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities with short
notice and changing deadlines is preferred.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
A valid driver's license is required.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends for
recruitment events is required.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment and
routinely uses standard office equipment such as personal
computers, printers, etc.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
occasionally required to stand for a few hours at recruitment
events ; move about; sit; to carry work and use controls; reach
with hands and arms; climb stairs; communicate. The employee must
occasionally lift or move up to 251bs of recruitment materials.
Specific vision abilities required by the employee include close
vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth
perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday
through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8:30am-3:OOpm.
Early morning, night, and weekend hours are required for
recruitment events.
Travel
Travel for recruitment events and periodic travel to branch
campuses, including the Manhattan campus, is required.
