Associate Director of Parent and Family Giving

Develop and implement individualized strategies to secure leadership and major gifts in support of Trinity's highest priorities.

Partner with the Director of Parent and Family Giving to identify and qualify new parent prospects and strengthen the overall parent giving pipeline.

Assist in planning and executing parent engagement initiatives, including regional events, campus programs, and Parents Leadership Council activities.

Collaborate with colleagues across Major Gifts, Annual Giving, Athletic Giving, Stewardship, Alumni Relations, and Principal Giving to deliver a coordinated parent engagement strategy.

Prepare briefing materials, proposals, stewardship reports, and other donor communications to support successful fundraising

Maintain accurate prospect records and timely documentation of donor interactions within the College's CRM.

Travel regularly to cultivate and solicit prospects.

Perform other related duties as assigned and based on departmental need.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years of experience
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and successfully solicit leadership or major gifts, or comparable experience.
• Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys working across departments to advance institutional goals.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, initiative, and sound judgment.
• Computer fluency including Microsoft Office Suite, donor database software, and query tools.
