The Associate Director of Residence Life serves in Campus Life as part of the Division of Student Affairs. The Associate Director's primary responsibilities include the oversight and direction of student learning and engagement in for Residence Life and Student Center & Activities. The Associate Director will strategize and implement educational and social program development designed to improve persistence of students living in residence at St. Kate's and within our university Clubs and Organizations. The Associate Director will develop initiatives to increase the residential population, while maintaining student satisfaction rates, and provide strategic leaders for the Living Learning Community programs; including cultivating and maintaining faculty and staff partnerships. This position will lead our departmental assessments and collect data to support the development of a shared vision and strategic direction of the entire Campus Life department. The Associate Director serves as a University Conduct Officer, on call, and would act in the absence of the Director of Campus Life.
Minimum Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Higher Education, Public Administration, Education Leadership, or related field OR Bachelors Degree and 3+ years experience in the field. One year experience in Higher Education field. Demonstrated ability to work with students of diverse ethnic, cultural, and social backgrounds.
