Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, and engage volunteers for peer-to-peer fundraising, including supporting Alumni Affairs colleagues with class- and reunion based giving initiatives Partner with volunteer leaders to advance fundraising goals and strengthen donor engagement Coordinate Cornell Fund Leadership Committee activities, including volunteer recruitment, goal setting, and solicitation efforts Collaborate on annual messaging and marketing strategies for volunteer-led fundraising campaigns and communications Analyze volunteer fundraising performance, maintain data integrity, and provide reporting to inform strategy and decision-making Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years relevant experience or equivalent combination Experience in university annual giving programs or similar experience in a non-profit organization that emphasizes broad-based fundraising, donor acquisition, volunteer management, and stewardship experience Strong written and oral communication skills; attention to detail Commitment to AAD's mission and to fostering alumni engagement and maximizing philanthropic support for the university Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and program areas Work Location This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.
