Associate Director / Senior Manager (Facilities Management)

Job Description

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the Zone Team consisting of Managers, Executives and Specialist Associates to perform their duties and responsibilities effectively to meet Facilities Operations uptime and reliability targets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and manage operations of campus facilities, including site inspections, meetings and coordination with stakeholders and contractors.
  • Ensure administrative processes in the FMS / CMMS are completed on time.
  • Assist in tracking and analysing operations data, such as utilities and equipment performance, in support of sustainability initiatives.
  • Support exploration and implementation of projects related to digitization of building operations.
  • Lead planning and managing daily operations, including coordination with vendors and contractors to execute preventive and corrective maintenance works within budget, on time and according to contract requirements. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on major equipment failures or recurring maintenance issues to prevent future disruptions.
  • Manage A&A, Facility Renewal and improvements projects as assigned.
  • Support cost reduction, energy management and sustainability programs to improve operational excellence targets.
  • Manage Long Term Capital Planning project schedule for building facilities renewals.
  • Lead Facilities team and contractors to perform annual building Fire Certification renewal exercises and annual building maintenance shutdowns.
  • Ensure buildings under management meet health, safety & regulatory compliances.

Qualifications

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Real Estate Management.
  • Minimum 10 years of Facilities Management or related experience.

Knowledge / Skills (preferred):

  • Attended/ Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management).
  • Attended/ Certified Fire Safety Manager. Attended/ Certified Project Manager.
  • Attended/ Certified Workplace Safety Management.
  • Knowledge of Building Services and M&E Systems.
  • Experience with Building Management Systems / Computerized Maintenance Management System.
  • Competent in MS Office applications.
