💰 What You’ll Lead and Create

1. Alumni Engagement — Build the Community You Once Belonged To

• Reimagine and energise the ISS alumni community through strategic, meaningful events and initiatives.
• Inspire alumni to return as mentors, speakers, advisors, and collaborators.
• Create a powerful alumni network that fuels internships, employment, and industry exchanges.
• Leverage alumni relationships to spark new partnerships and business development opportunities.
• Work with Marketing to celebrate alumni success stories and elevate our global reputation.
• Use AI tools to personalise outreach, understand engagement patterns, and deepen alumni connection at scale.

2. Internship Placement & Industry Engagement — Shape Career Journeys

• Lead efforts to secure high-quality, diverse internship opportunities for students across digital and tech domains.
• Be the bridge between students, employers, and academic teams.
• Build strong employer networks to align talent pipelines with industry needs.
• Support postgraduate placements and offer insight to shape curriculum relevance in emerging digital skills.

3. Student Relations — Create a Supportive, Inspiring Campus Experience

• Enrich student life through workshops, masterclasses, networking sessions, and mentorship led by alumni and industry experts.
• Use AI tools for smart career coaching, CV feedback, and personalised student engagement.
• Support students navigating academic or personal challenges, ensuring they thrive throughout their ISS journey.

• 10+ years of professional experience with strong people and stakeholder leadership.
• A passion for building vibrant communities and meaningful relationships.
• Strong preference for NUS-ISS alumni, someone who understands the journey and impact though NUS alumni and committed professionals are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to leverage digital platforms and AI tools.
• Proven ability in relationship-building, partnerships, or public relations.
• A genuine desire to uplift students and strengthen the ISS alumni family.
