Associate Director, Student Conduct

Hearing Officer duties (40%): This staff member will meet with students, investigate alleged misconduct, determine responsibility and impose sanctions upon students consistent with the Code of Student Conduct and Student Discipline Procedures. This includes reviewing cases at both the minor and serious levels, possibly resulting in sanctions of suspension or expulsion.
Maxient Database Administration duties (20%): Provide university-wide management of Maxient, the conduct management system.
University Housing Liaison duties (20%): This staff member provides training, development, and ongoing support of the University Housing professional and graduate staff regarding the conduct process.
Training & Operations duties (20%): Facilitate conduct training for new University Police and other campus partners. Manage the OSC website and develop content for monthly updates.
