About You
You will be a strategic and collaborative leader with significant experience of programme development, curriculum design and academic delivery within higher education. Passionate about online and digital learning, you will have a strong understanding of academic governance, quality assurance and student success, alongside the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across complex organisations. Combining strategic thinking with practical delivery, you will be confident leading multidisciplinary teams, driving innovation and managing change to deliver high-quality educational outcomes. Most importantly, you will be motivated by the opportunity to shape and grow Warwick's online education portfolio, contributing to the University's long-term ambitions for academic excellence, global reach and sustainable growth.
