Associate Head Wrestling Coach

Position Summary:

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking an Associate Head Wrestling Coach for Athletics.

Among the key duties of the position are the following:

• Assist with overseeing and directing all aspects of the Rutgers University Wrestling program, which provides an opportunity for student-athletes to train and compete on a competitive, Division I program while attending school to earn a college degree.
• Oversee the assistant coaches, in the absence of the head coach, as well as all other relevant staff in the coaching, administration, promotion and recruitment of the Rutgers Wrestling team in a manner consistent with Rutgers' policies and practices governing intercollegiate athletics so as to allow the team to compete effectively and achieve its various goals.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree and at least 5 years of coaching experience, preferably on the intercollegiate level.
