The Opportunity
You'll play a key role in delivering a proactive, high-quality HR service, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of people matters. Supporting employee relations cases such as absence management, disciplinary, grievance, capability, bullying and harassment issues, you'll help ensure fair and consistent outcomes. About You
You'll be a confident and approachable HR professional with strong employee relations knowledge and a passion for delivering excellent people support. With up-to-date knowledge of HR best practice and employment legislation, you'll be comfortable managing a varied workload and building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A positive, resilient approach, commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, and a CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) are essential.
