This full time, 2 year fixed-term position is available in SPSPA.
Social and Political Sciences, Philosophy, and Anthropology (SPSPA) is comprised of around 150 members of academic staff, six distinct academic disciplines and eight interdisciplinary research centres, and teaches over 2,000 students across over 50 undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The role: You will support the delivery of the Systems Thinking Practitioner Apprenticeship, focused on addressing complex challenges in public sector contexts. The post will include teaching and mentoring students in areas such as systemic intervention, stakeholder engagement, and applied systemic modelling. The role will also involve guiding students through work-based projects and fostering cross-disciplinary skills essential for managing complexity in modern governance and public service environments.
About you: You will possess a depth or breadth of specialist knowledge, demonstrated by a PhD or equivalent qualification/experience, of the core knowledge relating to Systems Thinking in order to teach and support learning on Systems Thinking Practitioner Apprenticeship modules.
