Managing People and Organisations

This module equips students with the key principles of management, organisational behaviours and human resource management to help them become effective and efficient managers and supervisors. Topics include the roles, skills and functions of managers and how they can effectively deal with a rapidly changing and highly competitive environment in the knowledge-based economy. Other important areas include personal and team effectiveness in a global organization and interpersonal skills.

Job requirements 

• A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university. A Master's degree would be an advantage.  
• At least 2 years of teaching experience at tertiary level 
• 5 years of relevant working experience would be an advantage 
• Must be available to teach during day time
