The appointee should be able to teach at the bachelor's, master's, doctoral, and executive education levels, supervise master's theses and doctoral dissertations, and contribute to the development of the Institute of Management. Teaching responsibilities will primarily cover topics related to business and society, including sustainability, ESG, responsible management, and stakeholder relations. The successful candidate will also contribute to strengthening the School's engagement with the Geneva ecosystem, including international organizations, NGOs, public institutions, and corporations.
Candidate Profile: Applicants must demonstrate a strong record of research excellence through publications in leading management journals. An established research program addressing business and society issues, such as sustainability, ESG, responsible management, stakeholder relations, or related topics, while remaining firmly anchored in core management theory is essential. We welcome candidates employing a broad range of empirical research methods. A strong quantitative research profile would be particularly valuable in complementing existing expertise within the Institute and supporting doctoral training and supervision. Candidates should demonstrate teaching excellence and experience in business and society-related topics. Experience in executive education, or strong potential to contribute to executive programs, is highly desirable. The ability to teach in English is required. Knowledge of French is an asset.
Starting date: August 1st, 2027 or on a later date upon agreement.
