The University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law invites applications from entry-level and lateral candidates to fill one or more tenure-track faculty positions, to begin in Fall 2026. The College will consider candidates with a range of curricular and scholarly expertise, but curricular priorities include tech law, intellectual property, artificial intelligence, business and commercial law, privacy, contracts, and torts.
The College seeks candidates with outstanding academic and professional backgrounds. Candidates must have a J.D., Ph.D., or their equivalent in a related field. Successful candidates will produce exceptional scholarship, be committed and effective teachers, and engage in meaningful service to the College and profession.

Duties & Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities include all of those encompassed by a tenure/tenure track position, including teaching, scholarship, publication, service to the College and University.
