Associate Professor of Practice in Theater Tech

Position Summary

The successful candidate will teach one section of Introduction to Stagecraft or a specialty class in Theater Tech per semester, contributing to scheduled productions as a part of our production teams.

This is a temporary position with an expected end date of 05/2027. This position may be extended or shortened based on availability of funds and/or departmental need.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in professional theater tech, demonstrated by resume and portfolio.
• This position requires the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure.
