About the positions
The Associate Professor of Management, Human–AI Interaction and Organisational Transformation provides academic leadership aligned with the strategic goals of the School, by supporting colleagues, fostering interdisciplinary partnerships, and leading innovations in teaching, research, and industry engagement. The role focuses on human–AI interaction, algorithmic management, responsible AI governance, and digital leadership, supporting contemporary programs and enhancing the School’s reputation in AI-enabled management education.
The Professor of Management, Human–AI Interaction and Organisational Transformation provides leadership in pursuit of the School’s strategic goals fosters development of more junior colleagues. The role emphasizes curriculum innovation, research, and industry collaboration, particularly in human–AI interaction, algorithmic management, digital leadership, and responsible AI governance, to advance the School’s reputation in AI-enabled management education.
Skills and Experience
The Associate Professor of Management, Human–AI Interaction and Organisational Transformation must have a PhD or equivalent in a relevant field, demonstrate effective academic leadership, expertise in human–AI interaction and digital transformation, maintain a strong research profile, collaborate across disciplines, excel in teaching and curriculum innovation, and show ability to build industry partnerships and secure external funding.
The Professor of Management, Human–AI Interaction and Organisational Transformation must have a PhD in a relevant field, demonstrate effective senior academic leadership, possess leading expertise in management and human–AI interaction, maintain a strong research and teaching record, collaborate across disciplines, secure industry partnerships and funding, supervise postgraduate students, mentor colleagues, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working in diverse teams.
