We are seeking an enterprising and motivated Associate Programme Director to oversee the running of our MSc Accounting and Finance, MSc Accounting, Organisations, and Institutions, and MSc Accounting and Data Analytics. Working closely with the academic programme directors and senior departmental administrators, the post-holder will be responsible for student mentoring and careers provision. In addition, they will work with a team of administrators on all aspects of student service delivery, marketing, alumni engagement and external relations, as well as helping to feed into the development of services offered by the Department.
There is a business development side to the role, with the Associate Programme Director being expected to lead student recruitment and contribute towards initiatives to target and attract the highest quality student to the programme.
The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with a wide range of people in an appropriate, sensitive and tactful manner, experience of delegating effectively and agreeing clear objectives within a team, experience of initiating, building and maintaining internal networks and establishing new communication channels and hold a degree in a related discipline.
