Primary Purpose of the Position:
The Associate Registrar of Records and Registration provides university-wide leadership in the management of student academic records, registration, curriculum, and enrollment systems. This position ensures accuracy, compliance, and integrity in all student records processes while delivering excellent service to students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders. processes, and providing data-informed insights to assist with enrollment planning and decision-making.
In addition, this position is responsible for succession planning and professional development toward assuming the University Registrar role, including leading special projects, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and strengthening leadership and data management skills.
Preferred Years Experience,Skills, Training , Education:
- Master's degree in higher education administration, business administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of FERPA regulations, academic policies, and records management practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
