Associate Research Scientist Part Time Non-exempt (Oettingen Lab)

This position is based in New York and the selected candidate will be expected to work onsite as of their effective start date. Responsibilities include managing team communications, processing and tracking monthly expenses, assisting with the planning of internal and external guest speaker visits, overseeing the research assistant (RA) application process, maintaining the lab website, and supporting weekly lab and team meetings, along with other administrative tasks as needed.

This position is based in New York and the selected candidate will be expected to work onsite as of their effective start date.

In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $26-30/hr for 5 hours per week and up to 27 hours per week. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the specific grant funding and the terms of the research grant when extending an offer.
